Junior Production Engineer  – Praca Poznań Sady, Tarnowo Podgórne

Your responsibilities

• Provides engineering support for production to ensure maximum production quality and capacity,
• Develops process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials,
• Provides training and guidance to production employees to accomplish production goals,
• Investigates problems, analyses root causes and derives resolutions,
• Develops, updates and implements Work Instructions and other production engineering related documents,
• Supports implementing and documenting product and process changes,
• Supports implementing cost reduction initiatives,
• Supports complaint handling process.

Our requirements

• Bachelor Degree in: Mechanical Engineering/ Biomedical Engineering/ Material Engineering/ Production Engineering or similar field,
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position,
• Knowledge of GD&T,
• Knowledge of 3D modelling software: SolidWorks, PTC Creo,
• Knowledge of MS Office,
• Wide breadth of knowledge in mathematics, physics and mechanics,
• Fluent in spoken and written English at least C1 level,
• Ability to effectively lead and direct production employees,
• Ability to maintain positive vendor and client relationships,
• Ability to plan and independently fulfil assigned tasks,
• A practical and logical approach to problem-solving,
• Good communication skills.
